Lead Generation by Door Knocking
Hello everyone,
So...I have a mentor that is adamant about door knocking pre-foreclosures to generate leads. In my personal opinion, I feel it's dangerous; as you are dealing with sensitive homeowners. Her theory is "wouldn't you let someone cuss you out then potentially get $10K - $30K when you close the deal?" Uhhhh...no....because it's not that simple.
BP, how do you feel about door knocking pre-foreclosure homeowners?
