I just purchased a home in Huntington Beach, California (Orange County) last week at the court house steps.  I will update this post from time to time to tell everyone about my progress.  Here are the particulars:

Rehab  $60K

The property is currently occupied with the original owner who has promised me that she will move out in thirty days.  Not that I don't believe her, but I told her that I would begin the eviction process as an insurance policy for me.  She understood.  When I take possession the work begins and I will update this posting in case anyone is interested in stopping by.  I will post the address then.
