Assembling Your REAL ESTATE Team

Your Real Estate Team that you assemble will play a key role in the success of your business. You need to have individuals or companies on your team that understand your goals and are very capable at succeeding in the areas that you personally can not. Whether its your attorneys, GC, Contractors, or Agents be sure they all understand your focus and what you expect out of each of them.

So my question is to BP.. How many agents is to many agents to have on your team? Should you have (1) sellers agent and (1) buyers agent. Should you be in touch with multiple agents so you have more eyes in the field or should you just focus on (1) great agent in your farm area.....

Look forward to seeing the answers
