Need Investors!

My dream is to flip houses and make money! I would like to know how to get started. I have no money to start with. I live in Texas and I think it would be a great start for me. I want to start small so that I can get the hang of it and then move up to bigger challenges. I also would like to be financially set in about 5 years. I am tired of living pay check to pay check plus  it doesn't help when you have family to worry about.

My background is construction with over 20 years of experience but in 2010 I went back to school and graduated as a surgical technologist. Although I love my job, it will not make me financially set in 5 years.
