Mentor in Charlotte NC

Looking for a local mentor in the Charlotte NC area, someone with experience in flipping homes and fix and flips. In need of someone helping me get through my first few deals so i would have someone at my side through the process. I would of course find the possible deals myself, just need someone to mentor me through analyzing the properties, setting appointments, getting the attorney involved, and all the way through the closing day. Obviously would be splitting the deals.
