whats your opinion on the rental market in SW Florida? Im from out of town and Im looking at condos to buy and rent out. Also, how can i find out the vacancy rate in Kendall area? If you are from Kendall fl or know this area, please drop a line, good or bad!

Kendall is on the east coast. I work the west coast from Cape Coral to Naples. Our market is very strong and has performed well the last three years.

LOL...I went to ABQ in February and loved it. My stepdaughter lives there. We are considering buying a second home there.
