Assisted Living investments
Does anyone have any background in investing in assisted living home. I was interested in this particular niche. Is it possible to buy a single family home that could hold 5 -10 people and convert to a assisted living home? Where is a good place to look for information. By the way I am in the state of Florida so I know I will have to look into permitting and various insurances.
