In laws

I currently own a condo that my wife and I live in. My in laws own a nice home, and will be looking to downsize in the future. (5-7 years) They have mentioned somehow letting us buy their current home, and renting the condo from us.

I would like to profit from my condo somehow. Either via cash flow in rent, or a purchase. (We have done some work to it to increase its value) However, I cannot justify charging market value to my in laws in rent.

What are some strategies I can use to profit from buying their house, and letting them move in to my condo?
