Mortgages/liens on SFR
Hello again BP,
Thanks again for all of your answers to my questions so far. But I'm back with another!!!I'm wanting to begin making offers on a few properties and I want those offers to be several different things. I want them to be educated offers meaning I don't want to walk into a deal that's completely upside down with loans/mortgages/liens ect, a fair offer to the seller (not a slap in the face offer) and a fair price for the end buyer. So what is the best way to find any debts tied to the home? Ideally before I make an offer.
Thanks BP
