Closing at a distance

Hey BP,

I'm under contract for a property that will close sometime next month.  I have a great team in place in the local area helping me through the acquisition process.  I have other properties in the area, but I've never tried to purchase while I wasn't physically there to make closing.

My question is, what is closing going to look like, since I won't be there?  What format will that look like?  Is it all electronic these days or will it be a packet of paper?  #AskBP

Just curious.  Thanks!
