post rehab/reno sale - to use listing agent or not?

Hi,

Curious to know the advantages of using a listing agent to sell your property after it's been renovated.  J Scott's books make the strong case FOR their use and although I was opposed initially, have come to the conclusion that they're needed. 

I'd be curious to know if other flippers and rehabbers use real estate agents to sell their completed projects.
