1st vacant land DM response - accepts offer but going to auction in 9 days
I received this response from a mailing sent to vacant land owners
"
Dear Mr. Rogers, thank you so much for your letter, and I would gladly accept your offer, except for the fact that the property is set to be sold at auction on
April 7, 2015 on the courthouse steps. I am not sure we could finalize our transaction in this short period of time. If you feel it can be done within that time frame, please feel free to contact me at ---------------. Also to be considered is the fact that I reside in Oklahoma, as you know, and traveling to Texas is not feasible for me at this time. Thank you for you time and consideration in this matter."
This is my first mailing ever. Do I have time to buy the property? or is it too late? What's the next step?
