Flipping & Whole Sale

Hello, is there anyone who could give me some starter advice on flipping and wholesaling techniques. More specifically which if any of the two are best fit for a person starting out with no income/credit. The goods, bads, and ugly sides of the two, horrible assumptions to make about either technique, and just overall honestly bluntness about what I should be doing right now to get my foot in the right direction and actually see action, or in other words become a "do-er" instead of just a person who sits back and watches the world go by. I really interest in any and all advice. Thanks in advance !!!!!
