I am in the process of searching for lenders. Are there any recommendations my fellow investors can make? Does 3.2% with 0.5 points sound like a too good too be true with Amerisave?

Hi @Sophia McMillion, what loan term is that for? Rates and points vary depending on whether you're looking at a 30-year fixed, 15-year, 20-year, etc.
