"I was just showing the house, and my buyer was killed!"
rip.. there goes the neighborhood! =(
wonder around how often this happens, and what could have possibly been the motive - beyond robbery - for specifically just barging in on a house and opening fire, i mean is leaving the front door 'open' or unlocked momentarily (by agent, seler, or buyer) while showing the culprit? it wasn't even an 'open' house or was it?

"A real estate agent was showing a married couple a home for-sale just outside of Fort Lauderdale, when a gunman barged in and shot and killed the husband before fleeing, police report."
any tips, i mean should we always lock the front door behind us during showings, even 'open' houses? i usually don't!
