So im looking to flip my first house in the pensacola area. Wondering what people think about Hubzu and if its profitable to buy a house from them. If anyone has any opinions or experiences theyd like to tell me. Id be grateful.

@Tom Linnik

Have you searched the site for Hubzu?  There are a ton of posts about it and I remember a few that I have seen recently reviewing the site.  I don't look on there much but I have bought a house on homesearch.com and we did well on that one.  I wrote a post reviewing that one if you look in my history, may be of some help to you.  Based on that experience, I would recommend them but certainly do your homework before you bid on any properties.  You never know what you are going to get with one of those houses and it certainly pays to do the proper due diligence.  A lot of the homes are all cash buys too.
