Buyers Tactics
When putting in an offer on a property, what tactics do you use to get the offer accepted?
One suggestion I have heard is that the seller has until the end of the day to decide if your offer is acceptable. This way they can't just sit around waiting for more offers. But this can also backfire if you really want the place and they are willing to hold out.
Any suggestion would be appreciated...
