What a great community. I have been hovering around for a while and I could really do with some help.

I would like to buy a multifamily place. I would like a 4 plex, the wife isn't so keen and would probably go for a house with a basement we could let out. My wife works in Arlington Virginia so that needs to be taken into account. Either way I would really like to chat things over with a reputable Real estate agent or someone who could help.
