Property Up For Grabs !!
I'm currently working with another wholesaler who has four properties under contract but does not have any buyers at this time. he is willing to split the profits with me as a wholesaler 50/50. can anyone give me some pointers on how to complete this task as quickly as possible ??

Are you certain they're good deals for an investor?
If so, get your agreement in writing with him and then market those properties with all the pertinent details, rehab estimates, estimated after-repair-value (ARV), etc. You can post them on Craigslist, network with your local REIA and even post them here if you're a PRO member. If they're truly good deals, they will be easy to move. If they're not...
Good luck!
