Hey guys, I'm new to BP and I have a question. I found a SFR for sale in an neighborhood that has increasing rents. With the possibility to add a second unit . It has great public transit to downtown, and they just opened the first phase of a new community college a couple of blocks away. Which I think are all positives, but there are a bunch of mixed use apartments going up in the area. What I'm not sure of is how will that affect me. I know that will add a lot of inventory. But 800 sqft houses are renting for 1300 a month and the same size apartments in these complexes are going for 1800.
