Investor Property Portfolio ROIs
Hopefully I phrase all of this correctly.
I am curious what long time investors are seeing (or setting as their goals) as overall portfolio ROIs?
I am located in Central Ohio, and we seem to be awash in properties that have decent return rates (16%-24% COC-ROI after taxes, insurance and a 17% repair escrow). These are mostly in class B neighborhoods, a few in C but not too many.
I'd love to be doing these kinds of deals for the next 15 years, as every single one is a absoute winner in my mind. However my question and concern is whether or not long-term investors in the midwest are able to continue getting good ROI deals over long time periods (Say 5-10 years or more). Some of my personal worry is that the deals will eventually dry up, and I'll kick myself for not taking on as many mortgages/refinacnes as I can, and buy as many as possible.
So, I'm curious what kinds of returns some of the bigger landlords are seeing on here over the course of time.
