So, I looked a four "creative" listings lately and am becoming more and more irritated at the audacity of some of these listing agents...I mean really, there are guidelines to listing a property. A framed in room in the basement is not a 4th bedroom...a pass through room in the center of the house with a bed in it is not a bedroom...
