Getting Super excited

Been helping my 20 year old son fix up his little craftsman bungalow. We have told the neighbors about our plans for an Autistic community and they have been super supportive. They say they are just so thrilled that he is not an investor who wants to rent out [umm, he plans to rent out to general public for next couple ears until community starts to be established. He has not figured out how to tell the neighbors, except two, that though. They seem to hate investors]

Anyway, since our first weekend we have had neighbors telling us who is selling locally. It will probably be a couple of years before LJ will be ready to buy more and other people involved in the project will be purchasing homes.

I had been worried about finding more good deals but people we have never met come over to talk about selling their home or deceased family members home for a great price on a regular basis now so I am no longer worried.

Not a BP thing, but more than anything, I am ecstatic to be in remission.
