I'm located in NYC and looking to invest in the Houston area. Does anyone have suggestions in regards to neighborhoods to avoid or invest in for cash flow?
Any suggestions for management companies that you used previously?

spring, tomball, Katy, Cypress, jersey village, humble, Richmond. These are a few more areas to look in. Be careful! The prices on the north side of town are overpriced at the moment. I am looking more west/northwest for rentals.
Now if your looking for buy then sell 6 months to a year(or 2) out. The north side is what you want but everyone in the area knows out of towners are pushing prices too high and are waiting for the fall out. But this could just be my opinion.
I'm moving my searches along the grand parkway west from 45 to Katy.
