Being Polite to Home Sellers

I believe in being courteous to home sellers. It’s not always about pocketing chunks of cash.

There must be a level field where most or if not all parties are comfortable at the end of a transaction.

Guys, what hindrances have you experienced, and what are your resolve toward these situations?
