Rehabbing & flipping manufactured homes on land to traditional retail buyers

I'm curious if anyone else has had success purchasing and rehabbing manufactured homes on land to retail buyers? I know plenty of people rent them, rent to own, or lease purchase, but how about selling them like a traditional home - How difficult is it to find qualified buyers? In my area there are a plethora of nicer/newer manufactured homes on land listed for ~100k or more. There are also newer (10 yrs old or newer) REO land/home packages in need of minor rehab (floors, walls) that can be had for ~30k or less. I'm seeing an opportunity here around 60-70k finished price My question is how difficult might it be for me to find qualified buyers for traditional/FHA loans. Waste of time or something worth possibly pursuing? Anyone done anything like this?
