What do you do with leads that come to you that aren't necessarily in the middle of town but are say within 15 minutes of the major hub? We have had a few properties in this particular area call us that we don't know what do with. This one is actually on 2 acres (not common out here) 1900.00 sqft 3/1 and recently been gone through. Owner bought it cash at 52k and fixed it up himself. Haven't even looked at it yet. Just curious what you guys would do.
