Hello BP family!!  I am a newbie in the real estate world and I am looking for a few answers from of the BP agents and investors who has been in the RE a while.  I am a new RE agent and I am an investor who has NOT made my first move as of yet.  Is it wise to be an RE agent and an investor with my investment business?   I'm aware while being an RE agent everyone gets a cut of what I do in my investment business so I'm reaching out for a little advice from someone who has been in my situation.  Help!
