My Landlord Has Not Paid Their Property Tax For Last Year

So this past saturday, my girlfriend and I received a sign posted in the front yard of the house we're renting from. It reads: "Notice Of Levy On Land, State Of Georgia, City Of Fairburn" and goes on to list the parcel of land. It then advises that the property will be sold in an auction to satisfy the outstabting property taxes. We have contacted the property manager in order to get a hold of the owner but to no success. My question is, what should I do to try and obtain this property if it goes to auction in about a weeks time. Any and all thoughts are very appreciated.
