If you have not noticed the Chinese are here.
In the last twelve mths they alone have bought 22 million dollars worth of residential real estate, more then any other nationality.

True indeed. America is for sale and the Chinese are buying. What can we learn from this?

First, the basic: The Chinese culture of thrift is very commendable and something that we should all emulate. It is normal for a Chinese to save 50% of their income (compared to 5-10% of Americans). One can see how they can buy US properties cash - because they've saved up.

Second: how do we ride this wave? Network with the Chinese community in the US is one way. Another is be good in finding deals...and let the Chinese buyers find you.
