Quantitative Goals for New Assistant

I'm in hiring and training my first assistant. The young lady will be part-time and I will allow her to do some work at the office and some from home. The basic duties include data entry, filing, answering calls, cold calls, tracking follow-ups, writing offers, prepping mailers, scheduling, seo and online marketing. Since she will be part-time and work part from home I want to put quantitative goals to measure her progress for pay. She will get paid about $150 a week.

Do any of you have quantitative weekly goals for your assistant and what would you consider reasonable? I.E. 200 entries in database a week, post on Craigslist at least 5 times a day, prep 100 mailers a week, etc. I want to create a standard and add or subtract other duties as they arise.
