I have a full time job as upper management I have a 6 figure income and I'm still young (35) I have 40k in savings and another 40 or so in 401k that I can get a loan from at anytime in my day to day work I deal with lending and collecting I'm looking to have passive income that can allow me to stop working in 10 years before I'm 45. My weekends are free to devote and I'm willing to put whatever time necessary up front to obtain my goals I would love to hear how you got started or tell me where I should look/start any tips.. Btw I live in south florida near cocoa beach fl

You can definitely do it. But, you are competing with people that do real estate full time, so keep that in mind. Don't get frustrated, I guess is my message. I would highly recommend you check out the podcasts...there are two or three that directly discuss working full time and running a side real estate investment business. There are terrific educational tools on this site.

This is one of the more recent ones.
