I made Podcast #65's Quick Tip! Look mom - I'm famous! I played the clip for my Dad who thought I was on a radio show. :) All kidding aside, Brandon and Josh actually do read their PM's and even reply, so share your tips too.

Just an FYI for those would don't listen to the podcast: The tip was to use your local library as a resource for real estate investment books. I use to buy all my investing books, until I came across a Commercial Real Estate book which cost $140 (!!!). Luckily, I found a copy at my library along with almost every other book (good and bad) I've bought over the years.
