I’m a 25 yr old male making 120-150k a year

My goal is to use my income to obtain property’s in my area (Mount Belviue) to rent. I am brand new to all of this. I would like to start with only a small return on my investment to set myself up for loans on my assets. 
Is there anyone in the area willing to guide me through this process?
