STR Estimate in Panama City Beach

Does anyone have any experience with short term rentals in PCB? I would like to know if I could create cashflow from a studio apartment across from the beach. I don't know the NOI of a STR. I am trying to enter the space. I am estimating the note would cost 2.5k per month at most.

Let me know! I'm new!

You should reach out to @Melissa Haworth she can get the actual numbers/rents on STRs in the area to help run your comps.

Each building is different, each area is different, it is important to find accurate data to make good decisions.
