Using B to C funds to close on A to B in TN

Hi everyone, I have a property under contract near the Knoxville area in TN. I am looking for a title company that is investor friendly and will allow the B to C funds to fund the entire transaction (A to B, closings costs, etc.) Does anyone know of a title company that does this in the area? Does the state of TN even allow this at all? I know some states don’t. I’ve been calling around and none of the title companies have been able to do it so far. Thanks in advance!
