Finding good off market deals

Hello everyone, my name is Guy, I invest in DFW Metroplex. I want to ask you how you get really good off-market deals? I feel like all the deals I get are garbage. How do I get to the wholesalers with the really good deals? I can close quickly and I don't understand why I can't find the good wholesalers. I’ll appreciate any answer or advice thank you !!
