Can I do it myself--Grant Deed
Hi, 3 siblings inherited a property in Los Angeles earlier this year. It's not going well so now two of them will sell it to the 3rd. Can I just fill out a grant deed myself and create a loan document and have them both recorded together? Do I need to fill out other forms such as a change of ownership? Not planning on doing title insurance since we have owned the house for 50 years and we just did one at date of death. Is this something I should hire a lawyer/other professional for or can I just do it myself?

Sounds like a title problem..
@Shannon Wright can assist ~ the property may have to go through probate...
