Should I sell separately or as a whole?

Hello. This is my first time selling an investment property and I need your help.
2 years ago, I bought a building as a whole with 4 townhomes and I’ve been renting each townhome. Now that i have  to sell, i am trying to see if i should sell each unit separately (each has a PIN) or as a whole. As a whole, i would get less of a profit.  Selling individually, i would get the most profit but it is 4 times the closing fees and a longer process. Selling as a whole, can make a very small profit or make even.
Not sure is selling individually is worth the headaches or count my losses and sell as a whole, if there is any?

Closing fees won't be any different if they are 4 seperate fee simple properties.
