🏡 What buyers are doing in this market…🤔

I was out last week with some buyer clients of mine, and wow was it a different experience than even last year!

It seemed every single agent whose house we were showing called me after our showing. Two years ago you could barely get a call back. 📞

Although they didn’t find anything they liked, after we discussed the state of the market, they realized they don’t have to rush into anything. They can be patient and find the very best fit for them.

Buyers seem to have a buffet of homes to choose from without much competition. 😯

A true sign of the changing market...🔑
