Property Question after Divorce

Hello, my ex and I have divorced and we’re managing the property together, it’s currently not cash flowing so we are paying 50/50. Now he reports not being able to pay his end and doesn’t want the property anymore. He agrees to let me have it. Is there a way to remove him from the mortgage without refinancing? At this time, that would not be the best option for me. I will be consulting an attorney as well. Just wanted to get a jumpstart on ideas. Thanks in advance.
