Multi Family property

Getting ready to sell a multi-family property in Northeastern, Ohio the property has two units. Both buildings are two-story four-plex. There are 8 total rentals each are 2br/1ba. Covered parking for 8 vehicles. any thoughts on agent or non-agent?

Unless you have extensive experience representing yourself, I recommend using an agent. I know several investors who choose to represent themselves, but they often end up netting less than they would if they had an agent. Many of them struggle to relinquish control and delegate tasks to specialists who are better suited for those specific jobs.
