Hi, good afternoon my name is Cesar i’m new to the biggerpocket forums, I’ve been reading the book rental property investing by Brandon Turner that’s how I found out about the forum. At the moment we are renting in Mission Viejo California. I have a primary house in Santa Maria CA that we are renting out and getting cash flow from it,  thinking of using the equity from that house to buy here in Orange County. Just trying to figure out what city or town will be good to invest in planning to live there for a year and then invest in another property and so on. We really like Costa Mesa and Dana point I found out that they are revitalized the Harbor in Dana point.
