Wholesaling do’s/ don’t

I’m new to real estate and looking to get started, I’ve watched a lot of videos and a lot say to start out wholesaling. Any tips or advice how to get started or what I need to get started? How much money do I need , what licenses , where to look for off market deals? Anything would help feel free to contact me and give me advise, thanks anything would help!!

wholesaling is difficult and getting more difficult.  it takes money and time, as there is tremendous competition for off market deals right now.  you might spend 60 or 90 or 120 days or longer before you see a dime.

i'd start with a house hack instead.
