Hi and welcome!

32205, 32207, 32217, some 32204 and all the beaches areas are going to be the higher quality areas in Jacksonville. Feel to reach out if you need any contracting or roofing help! Thanks Mark

Aren’t the beach areas considered flooding area? Is it better to avoid that?

Beaches are not bad flood areas at all. This is not a concern.
