1031 Exchange Process

Hi Everyone,

It is a good possibility that I end up selling one of my properties. If I do, I will look at doing a 1031 exchange. Who can/should I use as a qualified intermediary? 

Feel free to share any insight into the 1031 exchange process.

Thanks for all those kind shout outs @Ash Hegde and @Alex Olson.  @Jose Fernandez, There are a several QIs like us here on BP.  You can go to their profile page and scroll down to the reference section to see folks who have actually worked with them like these guys have.  The great thing about BP is that you can actually talk to clients of the QI and not just anonymous raters
