Hi

My house in PA was built by builder in 2022 n sold by Builder in April 2022.

However the mls is now showing as 2021 as year built . My agent says the tax record shows it as 2021.

I listed my house , pls advice how I can get the MLS correct to reflect year built as 2022

The MLS is probably going off of the tax records as your agent said. So you would need to contact the county to get that fixed. Although I should note that minor of a difference is unlikely to affect anything negatively. I probably would just let it slide tbh.

There's no way the properties building permit wad issued in January and finished by April. If it was finished in April 2022, it wad clearly started in 2021. The county will use the date the building permit was pulled, and the MLS will use the date from the county record.
