18 year old section 8 investor

Posted

Hello everyone, my name is Manny Rodriguez. I'm a 18 year old beginner. Throughout the past months I have peaked a lot of interest into section 8. This is because section 8 is so scalable. I'm very knowledgeable but for the past 3 years I've spent all my time being a full time day trader. And until now I finally have the correct age and capital to invest into my first section 8 property. I was wondering If anyone here has experience with section 8 and could guide me on where in the united states is the best areas to buy and also anyone that knows of good property management companies for people with properties outside of the state they live in. Thank you.

@Emmanuel Rodriguez Not sure what you mean by, "Section 8 is so scalable"?

Pursuing Section 8 rentals & tenants is a TOOL, not a strategy - despite whatever the self-appointed "gurus" publish online.

Section 8 comes with it's own unique problems which many newbies don't take the time to understand.

You can PM us if you want to discuss further.
