Hi everyone! I am new to bigger pockets, I have listened to a few of the podcasts that BP has and am now going to be more active on the site. I am real estate agent working with New Western, specializing in buying and selling distressed properties that will fit investors needs. I am located in Phoenix, Arizona and look forward to connecting from you all and learning about what you are all doing right now in the real estate market. I'm originally from Seattle but moved to Phoenix in October. I graduated college from the University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster, CA in August of 2022 where I was able to get my MBA while also playing baseball there. Prior to that I played baseball at the University of Hawaii for three years, and before that I spent one year at Bellevue college in Bellevue, WA.
