I'm an analyzer. I look at an opportunity and I make a list of things that could go wrong on one side of the paper. I make another list of what could go right on the other side.

Then I look at what my cost will be if everything goes wrong. Then I look at how much I will profit if things go as planned.

This isn't brain surgery!

If you could buy 3 properties in 2024 for $50,000 total, wouldn't that make sense to do?

So, if the opportunity to buy 3 properties exists, (it does) but you don't begin, the amount you will lose is hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why is that? Because of the power of real estate is in controlling it and getting the growth.

Like this: I paid $5,000 for this house plus about $3,000 in closing costs in a decent neighborhood (So, take action)

Here's how the numbers worked on a different purchase, too
